The dishes are centered around local ingredients from Kyoto. Fresh organic vegetables are directly sourced from farmers in Ohara, Kyoto, along with homemade herbs, carefully selected according to the seasons. Various herbs and kaffir lime leaves, as well as Thai ginger, are used for seasoning, sourced directly from Thailand. To suit Japanese tastes, the authentic flavors and spiciness are slightly softened during preparation. For customers who wish, we can also serve in the authentic Thai style.

(Awamori 25° Okinawa) The concept is 'a sake that can be accepted like water.' True to that, it features a soft flavor and a refreshing ease of drinking.
(Chestnut 25° Kochi) Brewed with spring water from the Shimanto River, it suppresses the unique smell and characteristics of shochu through slow distillation, bringing out a mellow chestnut aroma.
This umeshu is made from 100% Nanko plums from Kishu, infused with green tea. It is a refreshing and health-conscious umeshu.
