Each person will enjoy one "Nodoguro" (throat blackfish) directly from Hamada Port in Shimane Prefecture, grilled and boiled with salt. This course also includes seasonal ingredients and handmade dishes to satisfy your special banquet. All dishes are served individually, so there is no need to share. Also recommended for business entertainment. All-you-can-drink for 2h is included. For an additional 1,000 yen (1100 including tax), you can drink all the rare alcoholic beverages you want!

The very popular seasonal limited "Cat Label Series" of "Hagino Tsuru." This limited sake is brewed by Hagino Sake Brewery in Miyagi, celebrating Cat Day. Using yeast with a refreshing aroma, it has a sweet and fresh scent, and when tasted, it reveals a fruity and refreshing fragrance. It has a soft and gentle mouthfeel, with a delicate sweetness that floats. The aftertaste leaves a crisp and refreshing impression.
Named after Mr. Yoshitaka Fujita, a sake rice producer from Mashiko Town, Haga District, Tochigi Prefecture. When poured into a glass and allowed to slowly come into contact with air, reaching a temperature close to room temperature, it expands in flavor, allowing you to experience the gentle qualities of the rice, its natural sweetness, and the unique aroma that can only be found in Junmai Ginjo.
Oshinshu Brewery is located in a place surrounded by the Northern Alps, 80 kilometers from Matsumoto City in Nagano Prefecture. The brewing water used is the snowmelt from the Northern Alps, and this water, which has seeped through for many years, is characterized by its soft mouthfeel and fine texture on the palate. Among Oshinshu Brewery's lineup, this ultra-dry sake is the most popular Junmai Ginjo.
Winter limited edition Valentine label (no reprints!). The brewery suggests that 'the perfect pairing is with chocolate.' This is a blended type featuring Takachiyo Black (imagined as syrup-soaked pineapple) and Takachiyo Red (imagined as apple).
