The interior of the renovated traditional house has a style where you take off your shoes, and I loved the calm atmosphere. Sitting while looking at the courtyard, I noticed the retro glass and carved transoms, which brought back nostalgic feelings. The 100% buckwheat soba that was served had a firm texture and a refreshing finish. When I dipped it in a little salt and slurped it, the aroma and subtle sweetness stood out, making me smile. The rich dipping sauce had a deep umami flavor, and when I poured in the soba broth, it transformed into a gentle taste, which was delightful. The tempura rice bowl and the seasoned rice were also crispy and elegantly prepared, leaving me in a happy mood even after the meal.
