Villa Cocotte, made from young Macabeo grapevines, is planted next to twin grapevines with a history of 110 years. It features a pale gold hue, with a floral taste that spreads, and aromas of citrus, linden flowers, and honey can be felt. The finish leaves a pleasant impression, quenching thirst. It is perfect as an aperitif and pairs wonderfully with truffles, fish, and chicken.
The appearance is a slightly deep garnet. Aromas of black cherry and plum, along with hints of herbs, spices, and earthy notes, waft through. It is a bottle with a soft mouthfeel, where the savory fruitiness is beautifully harmonized with moderate tannins. The long-lasting elegant finish is also a charm.
