Only the Yugao Course offers a choice of filet or sirloin. Sirloin 50㌘ in Akizakura Course, Sirloin 100㌘ in Michikusa Course. Yugao course: 150㌘ sirloin, 100㌘ filet. Please choose sirloin or filet when you make a reservation. Please note that you may not be able to choose the meat on the day of your reservation.
We have prepared a limited meat-only course for those who "want to enjoy meat to the fullest. You can enjoy a generous 200 grams of our specialty Japanese black beef sirloin steak, which we are able to offer only because we are directly managed by a meat wholesaler. In addition, four pieces of our popular beef sushi are also included. (Beef sushi can be ordered separately from 1 piece.) A message plate is available for an additional ¥1,100. If you wish to have a message plate, please indicate at the time of reservation that you wish to have a message plate and the content of the message (about 15 characters) that you wish to have.
<France/Full Body> Variety: Syrah. Syrah has a history dating back to Roman times in southern France. This wine has a traditional and wild spicy aroma, with the personality of ripe berry fruits spreading throughout the mouth.
<Spain/Full Body> Variety: Tempranillo. Deep purple color, notes of plum and black cherry, with a hint of pepper. It has a soft and smooth mouthfeel, and the finish reveals pleasant tannins along with spiciness.
<France/Medium Body> Variety: Malbec. A masterpiece of typical Burgundy wine selected from Pinot Noir grapes across the entire Burgundy region. It has a rich aroma reminiscent of fruits like cherry and plum, with smooth tannins and abundant fruit flavors, harmoniously balanced with mineral notes.
American / Full-bodied. Variety: Primarily Cabernet Sauvignon. Created by Robert Mondavi, known as the 'Father of California Wine', to enjoy mealtime with loved ones, this wine is made from grapes grown in cooler regions, offering a gentle flavor. It features notes of red fruits and is a refined wine aged in oak barrels.
<Spain/Full Body> Variety: A wine with aromas reminiscent of spices such as Grenache, pepper, and paprika, featuring a rich body and a refined taste that creates a harmonious and long-lasting experience.
<American Napa / Full Body> Varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot. Aromas of ripe red fruits with hints of oak and spice. Firm tannins create structure, resulting in a flavor that is rich in fruit concentration and strength.
<France/Dry> Variety: Sauvignon Blanc has a faint lemon aroma when young. It is also perfect as an aperitif.
<Chile/Dry> Variety: Viognier expresses the original flavors of the soil and grapes faithfully, receiving high praise both domestically and internationally. Using Viognier, it offers a fresh and refreshing aromatic taste that harmonizes the individuality of each variety.
<America/Dry> Variety: Predominantly Chardonnay. 'Twin Oaks' is characterized by the fruity flavor of Robert Mondavi, known as the 'Father of California Wine.' It has hints of cinnamon and maple aroma among tropical fruits. There is a slight vanilla scent from oak barrels, along with nuances of spice and complexity, making it a rich and smooth wine.
<Japan/Dry> Variety: Chardonnay has been cultivated for a long time as a unique brewing variety in Japan. Careful production was done to express the characteristics of the grapes to the fullest in the taste of the wine.
<America/Dry> Variety: Chardonnay/Viognier. The winery was established in 1966 by Robert Mondavi, known as the 'Father of California Wine,' in Napa Valley. This Fume Blanc is a dry white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc aged in barrels, inspired by the Blanc Fume from the Loire region. Its charm lies in the constantly changing aromas, ranging from citrus to floral, like a kaleidoscope.
