Our rich and bitter matcha ice cream, made by carefully aging stone-ground matcha in our storehouse, is mixed with soft serve ice cream from Tokachi, Hokkaido, and sweet red bean paste. It is served in our original matcha cone, generously mixed with matcha.
This is the waffle cone version of the Snowy Sprinkle Parfait Deluxe. The parfait is adorned with brown rice used in genmaicha, creating a taste unique to Japanese tea specialty stores. Each matcha ice cream in a Snowy Sprinkle Parfait uses about one serving of matcha used in tea ceremonies.
A fluffy soft serve ice cream made with plenty of milk and butter from Tokachi, Hokkaido, with a mild sweetness.
This is a tea pickles made with our specialty pickled dish 'Yuki Momiji' (registered trademark of our store) cooked with high-quality Ezoshika meat in freshly roasted hojicha. Cooking with hojicha eliminates any gamey taste and results in tender meat. We serve this hot tea pickles with hojicha right in front of the customer. The rice used is also the popular Hokkaido rice 'Yumepirika'.
Made with only the finest original chopped kombu tea using the kombu from Shiretoko Rausu, a World Natural Heritage site. Thickly sliced Shiretoko kombu is placed on top of rice and made into our specialty tea pickles with freshly roasted hojicha tea.
You can enjoy premium first-class teas from tea-producing regions all over Japan, including Shizuoka tea, Uji tea, Kagoshima Chiran tea, Yame tea, Ureshino tea, Sayama tea, Ashigara tea, and more. It is also possible to choose the variety. Our Japanese tea instructor will select your preferred tea based on your requested aroma, sweetness, bitterness, astringency, etc. We offer a service where you can choose between hot and cold tea.
