This shop is located along the bypass, and the interior has a warm atmosphere. There are both counter seats and tatami mat seating, allowing for a relaxed experience. The sushi is made with fresh ingredients, and the balance of the rice is just right. I was particularly impressed by the recommended sushi and the red miso soup with sea bream. The craftsmanship of the chef is meticulous, and the conversation is enjoyable, making it easy to linger. Takeout is also available, so you can enjoy the deliciousness at home.
