Soba-zukushi Kaiseki, using buckwheat noodles for all items. We offer dishes that have been served at our traveling kaiseki restaurants since the establishment of the restaurant. Please enjoy a course meal that is nostalgic and unique to a buckwheat noodle restaurant.

To ensure our customers enjoy a delicious hot soba, we serve the broth and soba separately. For eating, please use chopsticks to hold the soba and dip it into the broth to prevent splashing. Feel free to add the condiments on a separate plate according to your preference.
