In a cozy shop interior, there are counters and tables where you can spend your time comfortably. The skewers grilled over charcoal are fragrant and cooked to perfection, making them all delicious. Items like chicken wings, tsukune (chicken meatballs), neck meat, and ginkgo nuts are served in succession, keeping the experience enjoyable without getting boring. The skewers of local chicken and duck have a rich flavor, and they pair excellently with green onions. The vegetables in the salad are fresh and enhance the deliciousness of the chicken. The omakase (chef's choice) flow is the main attraction, and it's delightful to enjoy everything from the final dish to dessert.
