Thinly sliced A5 grade lean thigh meat (inside and outside) is lightly grilled on a stone pot, wrapped with green onions, and served with a blend of natural sun-dried salt and ground sesame. Enjoy the exquisite harmony of the rich flavor of the highest quality meat, the aroma of green onions, and the carefully selected salt and sesame.
Also known as Tomo Sankaku. It is a cut weighing about 1.5 kg, and among the thigh meat, it has the most marbling and is the softest part.
