The small shop with only a counter underground has a comforting warmth of wood. The gentle atmosphere created by the owner, who manages everything alone, allows you to relax immediately. The first draft beer that was served was finely textured, lifting my spirits right from the start. The appetizer platter, featuring radish and side dishes with careful seasoning, heightened my excitement for the next course. Dishes like beef offal stew, jade eggplant, and marinated mushrooms were all delicate plates that showcased the quality of the ingredients. It turned out to be a wonderful night where I could slowly enjoy delicious Japanese cuisine while drinking at the counter.
