Nishiya's specialty udon served in a light sukiyaki-style broth with pork and onions. We offer two types of toppings (spicy oil and yuzu pepper). Additionally, there are fried burdock and a raw egg served separately, so you can enjoy it as is first. On the second try, add the fried burdock for a savory flavor, and finally, add the raw egg for a creamy finish... Enjoy the three different flavor variations.
