This gin uses six unique botanicals from Japan (sakura flowers, sakura leaves, sencha, gyokuro, sansho, yuzu). Each botanical is harvested at its peak season and distilled using methods that highlight the characteristics of the ingredients, bringing out the fragrance of cherry blossoms, the refreshing flavors of yuzu and tea, and the spiciness of sansho in the aftertaste. Traditional gin's eight botanicals are also used, and through the delicate techniques of Japanese craftsmanship, they are blended harmoniously to achieve a complex, delicate, and smooth flavor.
