By undergoing the charcoal mellowing process twice, it achieves a clearer taste with even less off-flavors than 'Black Old No. 7'. Additionally, the aroma features caramel and vanilla, along with a fruity note reminiscent of banana, making it easy to drink even for those who are not fond of dry spirits.
While blended whiskey, made by mixing the original spirits from multiple barrels, is common, this is a whiskey made using the original spirit from a single barrel, known as 'Single Barrel.'
