This is a one-of-a-kind course that offers a blissful experience of a higher rank! First, you will feel the season with an hors d'oeuvre salad using salano barretas from Yamaura Farm, a specialty of our restaurant, and teppanyaki hot vegetables. Next, a fresh live tiger prawn and a live abalone, which have been waiting for their turn in the aquarium, will be cooked on the teppan in front of you. We have finally started the much-requested "Anniversary Course". We have prepared an hors d'oeuvre salad using seasonal ingredients, filet steak popular among ladies, and a special dessert for the anniversary (a message can also be added).
