Its name means 'one whole chicken', enjoying the whole chicken! A simple yet profound, hearty hot pot dish! There are various hot pot dishes in Korea with a bright red soup that are served hot, but among those Korean dishes, Takkamari is said to be a hot pot that is not spicy and is good for the body! Takkamari, which is somewhat similar to Japanese chicken hot pot, features a gentle-flavored soup that is basically not spicy and contains a whole chicken.
We procure fresh, carefully selected domestic young chickens that best match the cooking method of Takkamari every day, and provide them to our customers in the best condition.
