The clean interior and delicious food make this an attractive restaurant. Particularly recommended are the smoothness and richness of the milk tofu, the simple seasoning of the salted green pepper, and the delicious daikon radish soaked in the gentle soup stock of the daikon makimoni. We also recommend the grilled barracuda with salt and fried skewers such as assorted tempura. And the tai-meshi rice cooked in an earthenware pot is wonderful in flavor and taste. You can enjoy your meal in a cozy atmosphere. The owner and the crowds who see you off as you leave the restaurant after having your tai-meshi made into onigiri (rice balls) are also excellent service. It was a delicious dinner. Thank you for the food.

Taste the Season Course

Vegetables and fruits are the tastiest and most nutritious in season, seafood is fresh from the Sea of Japan, and rice is from Ishikawa Prefecture, the owner's hometown. The rice is served in earthenware pots cooked over an open fire. Seafood is served grilled or in an assortment of sashimi.
