The cozy interior with just a small counter is highlighted by black and white wood, creating a very calming atmosphere. The display case in front of me showcases seafood from Edo and Hokkaido in an easy-to-understand arrangement, making it enjoyable to choose. The course that starts with a few appetizers before moving on to sushi has a light and pleasant flow. The sashimi of flounder and bonito stands out with its firmness and flavor, and I was also impressed by the sweetness of the whelk and scallops. When I took a bite of the monkfish liver stewed in red wine with wasabi, the harmony of sweetness and spiciness was outstanding. Thanks to the chef's meticulous work and friendly atmosphere, I was able to enjoy an exquisite sushi experience in a casual setting.
