This is a recommended dish for those who want to experience the powerful deliciousness of ultra-thick beef tongue that you rarely encounter with regular beef tongue! Despite its thickness of nearly 2 cm, it is grilled thoroughly over charcoal, and when you bite into it, it is tender and the rich flavor of the beef tongue comes through. It is offered at the lowest price among top-class aged tongue.
Also known as Harami, this is the diaphragm of the cow. Enjoy it with our proud, hearty ponzu sauce.
Tansuji that can only be eaten at Tantan. It's double the amount of a skewer, so everyone can share!
Recommended way to eat... 1. First, enjoy it as is! 2. Next, add garlic soy sauce to your liking! 3. Finally, add the grilled rice ball for a porridge-like finish!! The tail soup is rich in collagen, and there is a legend that after eating it, your skin will become smooth as if you used high-end cosmetics the next day, making it highly recommended for women.
