I ordered the Meat Demon course. Starting with a Caesar salad with bacon. It's incredibly delicious. The bacon melts in your mouth, the salad is crunchy, and the dressing ties everything together in a perfect harmony. The signature Shiro-kushi is a delightful dish that has zero gaminess, making it a prime example of offal. The Yukhoe-style roast beef is in a realm you can't return from once you've experienced it. Wrapped with onions mixed with egg yolk and coated with an extremely delicious sauce. The roast beef melts and disappears with each bite. What is this?! The cheek meat, or Tsurami, melts like beef tongue. It has the umami of beef tongue while melting away... so tasty. The homemade kimchi is also a great supporting role, providing a crunchy texture that enhances the experience. Both the texture and flavor kick back into gear. The Ichibo looks like the ultimate steak. Just looking at it makes my mouth water and my heart dance. Taking a bite feels like a heavenly experience, and I can't help but sigh in delight. The fried beef tripe makes its appearance here. It's crispy yet chewy. I don't know when to swallow, but if it's delicious offal that gets better the more you chew, then why not? Now, here comes the main event. The sirloin is here. As I dive into the juicy sirloin, I feel grateful for the blessings of life. Placing a bit of fresh wasabi on top and taking a bite is truly a match made in heaven. There's no enemy in sight. The stir-fried bean sprouts served alongside are also incredibly delicious. Wrapped gently in a rice soup, finishing with ice cream brings this course to a close. I had the best time. I will definitely come again.

Two of us visited the restaurant and had ichibo, tongue, yukke-style roast beef, and steamed vegetables! Although the portions were not large, all the dishes were very tasty and satisfying, and we were very full. I would definitely go back to eat there again when I come to Kanazawa.

The general manager and the landlady are both extremely nice people. I would like to go there again. There were people there alone, but I thought it was a restaurant where you could casually go to eat Noto beef. I guess it is a popular restaurant, because even though it is a weekday, there are always customers, and I thought it was difficult to make a reservation. I forgot to take a picture ^_^.

It's been a while since I've had aburi meat. They cook it well and serve it to us, so we just eat it! LOL! The shiro skewers here are crispy on the surface and fluffy and chewy on the inside, and even I, who don't like shiro, think they are delicious. Aburi-Niku in front of Kanazawa station ****Garan**** Aburi-niku (*⁰▿⁰*) The roast beef is a roast beef with egg and sauce that goes great with the rice 😘. The lamb was chewy and refreshing with lemon! The ribeye was good, but the bean sprouts underneath were also good. The gin and tonic is also a high point! The vanilla ice cream was so good!

The Noto beef was delicious. The yukke and rump were especially good, and the cucumber kimchi as a chopstick rest was elaborate and delicious. I would like to stop by again when I come to Kanazawa.
