It's good to eat on skewers! Sumibi Yakiniku Da-Wa in Fukushima My friend said it was delicious! So I was curious about it! Then, I was invited to visit Da-Wa's new business model! The place is located on the first basement floor of the Okunouchi No. 8 Building, a little north of Awaza Station. It's hard to find the restaurant since it's in the basement, but it's a nice little hideout. Inside the restaurant, there is a counter and table seating. The new style of business here is grilled beef on skewers! You don't have to grill it yourself! The menu is [bDrinks are all 390 yen! Duck with leeks! A few bite-sized pieces of meat on skewers, very easy to eat! You can eat them with a crunch! All the meat is juicy and nicely cooked! I'm so happy to be able to eat my favorite tteokchang! Not only beef skewers, but also caprese, hamburger steak, and Rossini skewers are available! They are all delicious! As expected from the sister restaurant of a yakiniku restaurant, the meat was definitely delicious! We ordered cold noodles to finish off the meal! After all, refreshing noodles are good after meat! The noodles were firm and had just the right amount of firmness, which is the best part of cold noodles! It made my mouth feel refreshed all at once! Another finishing touch, pistachio ice cream! I wouldn't have added it if it was just regular ice cream... But it was my favorite pistachio ice cream! It is moist and smooth and has that strong pistachio flavor! It was surprisingly tasty and I was very happy! I love eating meat on skewers like this! They can be grilled professionally, are an easy size to eat, and are inexpensive! It's a very good place to eat, even though it's underground and inconspicuous! I think I can go there alone, so I'll go there on a whim next time! Thank you very much for the food!
