The interior is a small counter-only shop, creating an atmosphere focused on grilling. The menu has everything you need, centered around fresh lamb, along with vegetables, mushrooms, rice dishes, and drinks. The fresh lamb is free of any gamey taste, very tender, and has a strong umami flavor. There are three types of rice available, including cat rice and kimchi rice. The soy sauce-based dipping sauce is light with a hint of spice, and it concludes nicely when diluted with tea. The aroma clings to your clothes, but it adds to the immersive experience. I appreciated the thoughtful service of changing the cuts with additional orders, and I was satisfied with the ease of seating.
