Sitting at the counter, I was excited to see the chef handling fire right in front of me. The aroma of charcoal not only infused the fish and meat but also the vegetables, leading me to discover a new deliciousness. In particular, the final dish of mixed rice had a faint smoky scent that made me want to ask for a second helping. When I ordered a non-alcoholic pairing, each drink complemented the dishes perfectly, and the explanations were enjoyable. Spending time while gazing at the illuminated Tokyo Tower through the window felt very luxurious, and the conversation flowed naturally. The staff's attention to detail was impressive, making it a wonderful night I wanted to share with someone special.
