A serious dish made by a Japanese restaurant, Katsuobushi Kamadama Udon. The aroma of the bonito flakes rises gently with heat, the egg envelops a gentle richness, and the sweetness of the wheat in the udon comes together, creating a bowl where the more you mix, the more umami layers you discover. The finishing touch is just a spoonful of kaeshi.

The umami and richness derived from the sake elegantly finish the aftertaste. This is a higher-level adult curry tamago udon harmonizing Japanese flavors and spices.
The richness of tororo, the aroma of aosa from the sea, and the smooth umami of nameko mushrooms are layered together. The more you mix it, the more the texture and flavor unite, resulting in a gentle yet deep taste in this bowl.
