This is a special all-you-can-drink all-you-can-drink plan recommended by the chef for weekday evenings. We have prepared a variety of delicacies that make the most of the original flavors of the ingredients, such as "Thin Sashimi" of fresh "Mizudako" (sea bream) directly from the market, and "Sea bream and bamboo shoots cooked together" which reminds us of the arrival of spring. For the main course, we offer "5 pieces of top quality nigiri" carefully made by our chefs and "ara-jiru", a thick soup made from soup stock carefully brewed in the restaurant. Based on a dashi made from Rishiri kelp and shiitake mushrooms, blended with Akō's natural salt and Sanuki salt, using rough sugar from Tanegashima, and made with salt koji and fish sauce. This is a carefully crafted dried fish product with no additives or artificial coloring.
