Four types of hors d'oeuvres recommended for the day and four types of wine by the glass (40ml each) to match the hors d'oeuvres are served under the careful guidance of our Sommelier Excellence (formerly Senior Sommelier). This is currently the most popular and most economical menu item at our restaurant. Installation is also available. After the Mariage Pairing, please enjoy from the a la carte menu depending on how full your stomach is.

We use plenty of local ingredients from Yamanashi in our grand menu, paying attention to both volume and price. Please note that the a la carte menu may take some time to prepare, so we appreciate your understanding in advance.

This is an original brand salmon from Yamanashi Prefecture, a hybrid of king salmon and rainbow trout.
This sausage is made with 70% high-quality horse meat and 30% free-range pork, packed with the rich flavor of meat. It is a recommended dish.
This is a super rare new brand pork from Yamanashi Prefecture, characterized by its finely textured meat and a natural, elegant, and gentle sweetness.
Koshu Wine Beef is beef raised from cattle that were fed with grape pomace left over from wine production. The wine pomace contains high-quality fibers, and the components found in the skin and seeds result in finely textured and tender meat.
This is a platter of Shingen pork prosciutto and a rare soft salami made of 80% horse meat and 20% pork from Yamanashi Ōtsuki.
