The interior of the restaurant, which is an old private house that has been renovated, has a rustic atmosphere that can only be found in an old private house. From the first soup to the last dessert, everything was carefully prepared with locally produced and consumed ingredients. I especially enjoyed the salad made with seafood and local vegetables, and the slow-cooked ichibo meat. We also enjoyed the tableware, which included Herend, Meissen, and Royal Copenhagen. We would definitely like to visit this restaurant again. Thank you very much for your delicious food.

The chef's pairing of seasonal ingredients is stunning, and the seafood and beef dishes are bold and precise in their techniques, with no detail overlooked. The pairing with red and white wine adds to the experience, and the homemade soufflé and macarons provide a perfect ending. If I have the chance to visit Sasayama again, I will definitely return.
