This is a place where you can casually enjoy the flavors of the San'in region. It's fun to watch the cooking right in front of you at the clean counter. The grilled nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) has a wonderful aroma and you can really taste the richness of the flesh. The Izumo soba is also flavorful, and it becomes even more delicious when paired with condiments. The visually striking sashimi platter and the pleasantly fried tempura are also impressive. There is a wide selection of sake, and you can enjoy local sake from Tottori and Shimane.
