The curry nanban has a clear umami flavor from the broth and spiciness, creating a good balance. The chilled dry curry soba is generously topped with minced meat, making it fun to mix while eating. The fluffy dashi omelet and the chicken and daikon soba dipping sauce stew also leave a lasting impression. Finally, enjoying the soba water greatly enhances the sense of satisfaction.
