When I casually stopped by, I was immediately uplifted by the sea urchin served as an appetizer. The translucent sashimi of live squid had a great texture, and the roasted tentacles were wonderfully fragrant and sweet. The scallops taken fresh from the tank in front of the counter were grilled to perfection, releasing the delicious flavor of the shellfish. The grilled pork skewers were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, so delicious that I couldn't help but want a second helping. The asparagus soaked in butter was rich, and the crunchiness of the radish salad was pleasant, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. I was very satisfied to enjoy plenty of seafood and skewered dishes in the lively atmosphere of the restaurant.

I entered a shop marked by a bright sign just a short walk from JR Hakodate Station. It's easy to order with a tablet, which makes just looking at the menu exciting. The live squid sashimi was fresh and sweet, and I was impressed with every bite. The combination of melt-in-your-mouth fish tempura and rich tempura dipping sauce was also the best. The shop has a calm atmosphere with nostalgic music playing, and the staff are kind, making it a comfortable place to be. Pairing it with Goryo sake enhanced the flavors of the dishes even more, and I couldn't help but ask for a refill.
