This was my favorite atmosphere among the places I visited on this trip!! The staff were very kind and it was comfortable! We could eat at our own pace, and I thought I would like to go again next time!

Sitting at the counter, it was pleasant to see the quiet craftsman and the cheerful young person working in rhythm. The lightly marinated mackerel had a perfect balance of acidity and richness, making me want to have a second helping. The shrimp nigiri was melt-in-your-mouth sweet, and together with the fluffy rice, happiness spread in my mouth. The sea urchin in the Yanagawa-style small pot had a deep, rich broth that lingered gently. I felt that it was a heartwarming place where both locals and travelers could relax and enjoy.

Located in a small shopping street, this sushi restaurant offers a standing counter for casual enjoyment. Shige-chan has a kind smile and makes you feel relaxed when you strike up a conversation with him. The menu is haphazardly lined up on the wall and recommendations are given. The fresh and flavorful neta (fish) is a special feature of the restaurant, and we especially recommend the kizami ao tsubushi and iwashi (sardines). The hatsu neta hokki-himo also has a good balance of spiciness and sweetness, and the restaurant offers a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere.
