It is a high-end beer from Spain that has been said to be the most difficult to reserve in the world, from the ultra-luxurious three-star restaurant 'El Bulli.' The head chef Ferran Adrià and the sommelier team conceptualized this beer with the idea that 'while there are wines for celebrities, there is no beer,' and collaborated with Barcelona's No. 1 beer manufacturer 'Damm' to create a beer that overturns the concept of beer, which was born in 2009! Its appearance is slightly cloudy, and the aroma is delicate. First, the scent of fruits and flowers wafts through the nose, followed by a fresh yeast aroma and hints of sweet spices. That feeling is irresistible! Please enjoy it with long-aged Spanish Jamón Serrano.
