The cozy interior with just a counter is comfortable. The thick cuts of loin and tenderloin have good fat rendering, making them less greasy and easy to eat. The tenderloin is light, allowing for a pleasant eating experience until the end. When combined with the sauce and mustard, the umami stands out, and it pairs perfectly with white rice. The shredded cabbage can be enjoyed refreshingly with yuzu dressing. The self-service style for everything except tea makes it easy to relax, and I also love the warm atmosphere where I can hear the conversations of regulars.
