As I entered the restaurant, the shiny iron plate and bright atmosphere made me excited. The potato salad that was served first was fluffy and fragrant with sesame, and I was impressed from the start. The yam steak and mushroom beef tendon with ponzu sauce were rich in aroma, and I couldn't stop eating either. The wagyu sirloin was juicy and had a strong presence, even the sound of the iron plate felt like a feast. The fluffy okonomiyaki and monjayaki had a variety of types, each with its own personality, making it fun. The staff were friendly, and the live cooking right in front of me added to the experience, allowing me to feel comfortable until the end.
