I finally visited a shop with a hidden atmosphere. I was captivated by the cold pasta topped with caviar and the creamy sweet corn soup that appeared early on. The dish of sea bream with its crispy skin generously coated in truffle is something that can make you happy just by its aroma. The main course, the fillet steak, has a melt-in-your-mouth texture that can be cut with a spoon, and it can be enjoyed in various ways with seasonings like salt and pepper. The refreshing salad and the fragrant grilled vegetables reset my palate, so I didn't feel weighed down until the end. I was completely satisfied with the finishing garlic rice and the gentle kinako dessert, and before I knew it, I couldn't stop smiling.
