The interior is new and clean, providing a calm atmosphere. The counter is lined with obanzai (traditional side dishes), and the hand-made zangi (fried chicken) and simmered dishes, as well as oden (Japanese hot pot), are all well-seasoned. The grilled wild boar skewers cooked over charcoal have a clear richness of fat, are not gamey, and can be eaten easily. The seasonal water eggplant sashimi, pumpkin soboro (minced meat) stew, and rice eggplant dengaku (miso-glazed) are all crafted with care, showcasing the quality of the ingredients. The sake selection is primarily junmai (pure rice sake) with carefully chosen varieties, including aromatic types that pair well with the dishes. The transition from quenching your thirst with beer to switching to sake is smooth, allowing you to thoroughly enjoy the flavors of Japanese cuisine.
