Okoze, also written as 'Tiger Fish' in kanji. Its English name is Tiger Fish, among others. It is a high-end fish that is in season from summer to autumn. First, enjoy it as thinly sliced sashimi with ponzu sauce. The flesh is light yet flavorful, and it is said to surpass fugu, as noted by Takeshi Koizumi (a fermentation scholar and writer) in his essay. Please try it at least once. We look forward to serving you. Owner's special: Okoze sashimi, a rare delicacy unique to our restaurant, fried okoze, and okoze miso soup. *Price per person: 4,000 yen. *We can accommodate same-day requests, so please call us first. Our okoze dishes are sold by weight at 100g for 1,800 yen. *For same-day reservations or walk-ins, the estimated cost is between 3,000 and 4,000 yen. Ara (from Hirado) is also known as the king of fish, called Kue, but in Kyushu, Ara is more common. It has a rich flavor that fugu does not have.

Hakata used to serve whole boxes of sea urchin, but now it has become an era where half portions are served.
Currently, the season for fresh sea urchin (purple) from nearby waters is in its prime. Although it is not as large as horse dung sea urchin, its sweetness is unmatched. The bottled sea urchin will be ready on April 29, and it is perfect for gifts or as a treat for yourself. It costs 3800 yen (40g). This is the real salted sea urchin; nothing but salt is added. It is genuine.
Since there are few sesame mackerels, Goma Kanpachi is recommended now.
We procure good natural products from Tsushima and Wakayama, depending on the day. Please understand that there may be no arrivals in spring and summer.

Our spicy mentaiko is a proud dish marinated in a special broth based on ingredients like apples. It's not just self-praise, but we often receive compliments from our customers. Owner - 2,500 yen (250g) - 4,000 yen (400g) - 5,000 yen (450g) using a paulownia box - 1,500 yen (200g) cut pieces.

All of our sake has a visible 'face'. Just like Isosawa, all the sake shows the face of the owner. We recently held a tasting of the new sake from March 'Aya Sugi' with 20 customers and the owner. You will surely be satisfied with our offerings.
As you may know, Hirezake, the Hirezake from Rokusan-tei that can be enjoyed all year round. It is often said that it is different from others!! Hirezake should not be underestimated; the way it is grilled is not just about grilling it, there is a final secret flavor...
The fugu shirako is strained, and combined with the top selection of Isosawa, creating an irresistible creamy texture. The shirako itself has umami and sweetness, making it an addictive sake that you won't be able to resist after just one sip.
