A Hidden Counter Kappo to Savor the Blessings of Yamanashi
Nestled quietly along Nishiki Street in Kofu, Washoku Sayuri is a hidden gem where guests can enjoy lively dishes at a counter surrounding an open kitchen. Featuring local ingredients such as Yatsugatake spring water trout, Koshu beef, vegetables from local farmers, and Hakushu whiskey, the restaurant showcases the charm of Yamanashi to visitors from outside the prefecture. After the meal, it can also be enjoyed as a bar, where guests can relax with a carefully selected range of whiskey and wine.

[iki - iki] Casually enjoy our specialties, such as our signature "SAYURI" and Koshu beef, prepared with the finest ingredients.
We offer locally produced and locally consumed courses that pay homage to the climate and bounty of Yamanashi. All dishes start at the same time. Each dish is accompanied by an explanation and enjoyed with all five senses.
