The restaurant is spacious and relaxing. The chefs prepare delicious dishes using ingredients from the mountains and sea that can only be found in the north. Sushi sets are available, but if you order omakase (leave it to us), you can enjoy the best of the season by choosing the best dish of the day. The restaurant also offers a wide variety of a la carte dishes such as sashimi and dried fish, which can be enjoyed with sake. The grilled Hokkaido wagyu beef is also delicious and full of flavor. The steamed local vegetables are also a gem, allowing you to fully enjoy the taste of the vegetables themselves.
