A long-standing Fugu restaurant in Fukuhara, Hyogo-ku
Since its establishment in 1900, 'Gen-naoshi' has been loved by the people of Hyogo-ku as a long-standing Fugu restaurant in Fukuhara. The calm and elegant interior is completely private, and the cleanliness is overflowing. It is open only during the season when Fugu is delicious, and it is particular about natural ingredients, making its taste exquisite. The menu is also extensive, including Uni (sea urchin) dishes, Tessa (sashimi), Karaage (fried chicken), and Hirezake (fin sake). There are table seats and sunken kotatsu-style seats in the private rooms, making it ideal for large group banquets.
