The main dish is a motsu nabe (hot pot) using Wagyu beef entrails in a broth of Yakushima flying fish, and the course includes our popular menu items such as sakura yukke and horse sashimi made with horse meat shipped directly from Kumamoto. This is a special course that starts with lightly vinegared motsu, and includes grilled, deep-fried, and finished dishes, as well as dessert.
Chiritori nabe course is now available! You can choose from two flavors, spicy or spicy miso. This 7-course menu also includes grilled chicken and other dishes to finish off the meal.
