Ora della visita: 2017 anno10 mese notte

The taste is so good that it makes you want to give a sushi performance. On the first night of our annual 3-day/2-night trip to Hokkaido. For the past few years we have visited "Yangtze River/Golden Sushi", but this year we made reservations here. A quick Google search revealed that this is the restaurant where the "sushi performance" was born when Nichi-Ham's Laird hit a homerun, so as a baseball fan, I have high expectations for this place. Omakase course (market price) Boiled octopus (salted) Hairy crab Sea urchin Sea urchin Tornado clams (I forgot to take a picture) Sea snail Shrimp Grilled shrimp head Sea squirt Mackerel Geso ajillo Rock oysters Shishamo 5 kinds of Nigiri and 2 Gunkan Eggs TOROTAKU MAKI Although we did not receive the saury we had hoped for because it was not of good quality, we were still surprised at the more than sufficient contents, and my companion was pleased as well. I was a bit scared to pay the bill after having had enough of "Kita no Katsu," but the change was only a yukichi! If we had been in Tokyo, the bill would have been almost double the price.
