The warm conversations between the kind owner and the regular customers create a friendly atmosphere. The cutlet, which is fried after the order is placed, uses momiji pork, and its tenderness and sweet fat are irresistible. The batter soaked in a slightly sweet broth and the fluffy egg pair perfectly with the rice, making it hard to put down the chopsticks.
