Kagoshima Prefecture / Sweet Potato Shochu. Made with yellow koji. The aroma at the moment of pouring into the glass is light, and the flavor when sipped is deep. Carefully polished selected 'Golden Senkan' and brewed with meticulous low-temperature management, it has opened up a new world of sweet potato shochu. It has a refreshing citrus aroma and a crisp mouthfeel.
Kagoshima Prefecture / Sweet Potato Shochu. A secret aged base spirit is slowly rested, and at the finish, a strong-tasting young spirit is blended. An enchanting sweet potato shochu. When poured into a glass, a very elegant aroma wafts up.
Kagoshima Prefecture / Imo Shochu. Made with Kagoshima-grown golden senkan sweet potatoes, brewed with black koji, distilled under normal pressure, and diluted with regular water. It features a refreshing aroma reminiscent of fruit and the rich sweetness characteristic of black koji.
Using sweet potatoes of the Benio Otome variety with yellow koji, carefully fermented at low temperatures and distilled under reduced pressure to achieve a mild sweetness, vibrant aroma, and refreshing throat feel. Made with Tarumi hot spring water 'Juzuru'. It pairs well with on the rocks, water dilution, or cold straight, and is a popular shochu among women.
