This barley shochu is made using 100% handmade koji and carefully selected barley, finished with a light mouthfeel through reduced pressure distillation. The flavor is light, making it enjoyable as a food pairing drink. Given its richness and smoothness, it has also received positive feedback from those who usually only drink sweet potato shochu. It is recommended to enjoy it on the rocks or with hot water.
