A hot pot made with white miso seasoned with garlic. We added dashi to a blend of several types of white miso, resulting in a rich and flavorful soup. The aroma of garlic and sesame oil stimulates the appetite. The sweetness of fresh offal (small intestine) and the mild sweetness of Kyushu's white miso are popular among women. We recommend finishing with champon noodles, which absorb the rich soup, providing a chewy texture.
A rich Kyushu soy sauce-based hot pot. The soup, which combines a deep umami broth with a flavorful and sweet soy sauce, pairs well with high-quality domestic beef offal (small intestine), and the aroma of garlic and sesame oil adds a delightful taste. The soup clings well to the flavors of ingredients like cabbage and burdock, and the spiciness of chili peppers (Takanotsume) serves as an accent.
A simple and light dish cooked in a refined kelp broth. Its simplicity enhances the freshness of the offal. It is served with plenty of vegetables, Antizuki's original ponzu sauce, and grated daikon. This is the only hot pot at Antizuki that does not use garlic, offering a refreshing new sensation that appeals to adult tastes and has many regular customers as fans.
Only selected domestic beef small intestines used!
Champon, which is essential for the finale in Hakata, has reached its peak through careful selection. We use the noodles of 'Nagasaki Champon,' which provide a firm texture and flavor, made with the now rare 'Tōgai' (a type of alkaline water).
To fully enjoy our proud soup until the end, we also recommend the Zosui Set! Finished with beaten egg, it's a satisfying way to end your meal.
