The meat rice from the Little Universe Dining Hall is rich in flavor yet has a refreshing aftertaste, following the Southern Taiwan style. It uses Kobe pork and carefully selected domestic pork. Additionally, it features only simple and high-quality seasonings such as domestic whole soybean soy sauce, an original blend of spices, brown sugar, and sea salt.
In any case, we pride ourselves on having plenty of meat!
