■ This is a set for 2-3 people ■ This is a set of Tsubuchi's synonymous 'dashi hot pot'. A carefully prepared Kansai-style dashi made with bonito and kelp. The compatibility of Tsubuchi's special dashi with Kawachi duck is excellent. The dashi prepared to match the Kawachi duck raised on pesticide-free feed is, of course, free of chemical seasonings. Please enjoy it with your family. Contents: Approximately 350g of Kawachi duck, 1L of dashi soup. The expiration date of the meat is until the next day of delivery.
Our shop's summer staple menu is 'sukiyaki'. In Osaka, duck meat, which is said to have been loved by the famous warlord Toyotomi Hideyoshi, was more of a classic stamina dish to overcome the summer than eel. Please enjoy it by grilling it with plenty of our special 'warishita' sauce. Contents: Approximately 350g of Kawachi duck, 500ml of warishita sauce. The expiration date for the meat is until the next day of delivery.
