We only serve omakase course. We will deep fry until you call for a stop. We take great pains to make each skewer an original dish from seasonal ingredients to slightly extravagant ones, using as many unusual ingredients as possible. As of May 2016, we have over 4,000 skewers in our repertoire, of which we always have 20~30 varieties available. Please order at least 10 skewers at a time. If you do not like or cannot eat something, we will exchange it for something else.
Slowly simmered black-haired wagyu beef in Bordeaux red wine for a long time! It pairs especially well with red wine!
Using black-haired Wagyu beef, slowly roasted in the oven, with meat juice + vegetables + garlic soy sauce + α = 'extremely delicious sauce' that pairs well with wine, sake... anything!
Made with domestic pork and homemade dressing with carrots. A little appetizer before the skewers are fried... especially good with white wine! Cold sake and beer are also nice!
Made with Norwegian King Salmon. Served with herb sauce.
The draft beer chosen by the owner that pairs well with our skewers is this Sapporo Black Label! There is also a small glass (500 yen).
The smoothness is like draft beer, and the taste of bottled beer is also good! It's nice to share and pour for each other!
Refreshing!! After trying various options, this is the only beer that pairs well with fresh lime!
It has a bitter taste and is a deep, adult beer! Even when mixed with something we have in our store, it becomes mild and is delicious to the point of being addictive!
We have replaced it with something that is double the price from before. However, the price remains unchanged, and we are currently doing our best. This aged Montepulciano has a medium body with a good balance of acidity and tannins, making it easy to drink, and it pairs well with skewered fried food.
Chilean wine is delicious! Cheap! Wonderful!
The private reserve is made from a special vineyard and is crafted with greater care.
This wine appeared in 'The Drops of God' and won first place in the annual best producer award. It is a well-balanced wine that you won't get tired of drinking.
A dry white wine characterized by a rich fruity aroma and a crisp acidity.
The sharp acidity and dryness, along with the harmony of fruit flavors, are excellent!
A dry wine with a refreshing citrus aroma and a crisp mouthfeel. Perfectly pairs with skewered fried foods!
The quintessential Chablis among dry white wines. It has an elegant aroma and a refreshing and wonderful taste.
