This is a great set that allows you to taste all 6 types of the Sake Flower series.
This is a great set where you can taste your choice of 3 types from the Sake Flower series.
Saison refers to a beer that originated in Belgium, traditionally enjoyed during the summer agricultural work breaks. Its moderate acidity and refreshing flavor make it perfect for summer, but by adding sake lees and sake yeast from Sake Flower, it also has a floral aroma reminiscent of ginjo sake, making it delicious any time of the year. Enjoy pairing it with tempura.
A cup that aims to fuse the representative style of craft beer known as 'Pale Ale' with the flavor of sake. The caramel and toasted aromas enhance the savory taste of grilled items like yakitori and highlight the saltiness. Try it with chicken steak as well.
When you think of IPA, you might imagine a high alcohol content and strong bitterness, but 'Session IPA' lowers the alcohol content and enhances the fruitiness, making it easier to drink. It has a refreshing mouthfeel and a spicy yet rich aroma, making it a beer you can enjoy multiple glasses of. It pairs well with keema curry.
When you take a sip, the mellow flavor created by wheat and sake lees spreads, and the subtle acidity of the wheat refreshingly balances the aftertaste. With almost no bitterness, this is a glass that even those who are not fond of beer's bitterness should try. It pairs well with dishes that have a hint of acidity, and especially sushi harmonizes with the beer's acidity, allowing you to enjoy a more flavorful moment.
The fifth installment of the Sake no Hana series is the Red Ale. This is a challenging brew that undergoes primary fermentation with sake yeast. True to its name, it has a color ranging from red to amber derived from malt, featuring a moderate roastiness with flavors reminiscent of burnt caramel. The refreshing sensation akin to white wine and the moderate sharpness of sake create a malty yet crisp finish. When paired with sweet and spicy dishes, the characteristics of both stand out, allowing for an elevated pairing experience.
The 'Sake no Hana Hazy IPA', which combines Japanese and Western brewing techniques, is an ambitious creation from funs brewing that uses sake yeast for primary fermentation. The moment it enters your mouth, a rich aroma reminiscent of tropical fruits spreads, followed by a refreshing scent akin to apples and pears, providing a complex aromatic experience with just one sip. Thanks to the apple-like ester aroma and crispness derived from the sake yeast, this Hazy style, which tends to have a heavy aftertaste, finishes with a light aftertaste, resulting in a well-balanced flavor.
